About the Role

Junior Battery Swappers will execute quick battery swaps for electric two‑wheelers, support riders via the Dodai mobile app, manage inventory and safety procedures, and maintain equipment to ensure seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform battery swaps within 2 minutes per transaction using Dodai mobile app
  • Greet riders and provide customer support, troubleshoot basic issues
  • Monitor and record battery inventory, flag shortages or overstock
  • Place depleted batteries on charging rack following safety procedures
  • Inspect chargers, tools, and battery rack daily for functionality
  • Wear gloves and maintain a clean, hazard‑free station
  • Log issues and share with supervisor daily
  • Assist in minor repairs, restocking, or setting up new swapping stations as needed
