Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Engagement Team managing call center, CRM, and ticketing
- Improve response time and satisfaction via automation and data-driven improvements
- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and spare parts for after-sales service
- Analyze technical issues with engineering to improve product reliability
- Implement proactive engagement and loyalty programs
- Use CRM and analytics tools to achieve high efficiency
- Supervise and mentor CX associates and agents
- Report KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements
