Lead the integration of battery pack hardware for Dodai’s electric vehicles, overseeing testing, documentation, and technical guidance for junior technicians to ensure compliance with structural, thermal, electrical, and functional specifications.
Responsibilities
- Integrate mechanical-electrical hardware of battery packs
- Conduct vibration, shock, thermal cycling and other environmental tests
- Review electrical test results such as IR, OCV delta, balancing accuracy
- Perform root cause analysis for failures using engineering tools
- Own engineering documentation including test reports, drawings and ECNs
- Define measurement methods and acceptance criteria for hardware quality
- Supervise L1 mechanical technicians on build processes and torque control
- Supervise L2 electrical technicians on high-voltage routing and harness management
- Train team members on safety, DFM and testing techniques
