Lead the mechanical‑electrical integration of Dodai’s EV battery packs, overseeing testing, documentation, and technical guidance for a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and environmental tests (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, IP, drop)
- Review electrical test results (IR, OCV delta, balancing accuracy, capacity cycling)
- Perform root cause analysis for failures using engineering tools
- Own engineering documentation including test reports, drawings, revision controls, ECNs
- Define measurement methods and acceptance criteria for hardware quality
- Supervise L1 mechanical technicians on build processes, torque control, sealing, fastener management
- Supervise L2 electrical technicians on high‑voltage routing, harness management, and testing routines
- Train team members on safety, DFM, and testing techniques
- Provide performance feedback and develop teams
