About the Role

Lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and brand presence across retail, corporate, and wholesale channels while coordinating closely with production and logistics to meet market demand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and conduct market analysis
  • Forecast revenue and set sales budgets
  • Define route-to-market strategies for retail, corporate, and wholesale channels
  • Secure contracts with key accounts such as supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants
  • Recruit and manage third‑party distributors
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team while setting KPIs and commission structures
  • Oversee brand positioning and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media
  • Design in‑store promotions and loyalty programs to boost shelf visibility
  • Coordinate with production for accurate demand planning and inventory control
