About the Role

The Senior Bid and Pre-Sales Specialist leads tender preparation, manages pre-sales activities, and ensures the company’s competitive positioning in bidding processes through strategic proposal development and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify tender notices from government, private, and international organizations
  • Review RFP, RFQ, RFI documents to analyze requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and financial teams to prepare proposals
  • Organize and attach bid bonds/CPOs and other legal documents
  • Package and submit bid documents on time
  • Study customer needs to design solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos
  • Serve as technical advisor between sales and technical teams
  • Represent company at bid openings and track evaluations
  • Respond to clarifications from buyers
  • Review past bids for improvement
