The Senior Bid and Pre-Sales Specialist leads tender preparation, manages pre-sales activities, and ensures the company’s competitive positioning in bidding processes through strategic proposal development and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify tender notices from government, private, and international organizations
- Review RFP, RFQ, RFI documents to analyze requirements
- Collaborate with technical and financial teams to prepare proposals
- Organize and attach bid bonds/CPOs and other legal documents
- Package and submit bid documents on time
- Study customer needs to design solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos
- Serve as technical advisor between sales and technical teams
- Represent company at bid openings and track evaluations
- Respond to clarifications from buyers
- Review past bids for improvement
