The Director Agent Banking leads the development and expansion of Digaf Microfinance Institution’s agent banking network, driving digital financial services, operational efficiency, and customer outreach across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute agent banking strategy
Expand and manage a nationwide agent network
Drive digital financial service delivery through agents and mobile platforms
Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Establish partnerships with fintechs and mobile operators
Monitor performance, profitability, and growth of operations
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team
