About the Role

The HR Director will spearhead the development and execution of technology-enabled HR strategies to support DIGAF’s digital financial services model, focusing on automation, data analytics, talent acquisition, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy aligned with digital transformation goals
Drive organizational design and workforce planning for a digital financial services model
Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies targeting fintech professionals
Implement HR digitalization initiatives, including HRIS and analytics systems
