About the Role

Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing country‑level financial strategy, operations, reporting and compliance within DHL’s Addis Ababa region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead country finance strategy and policies
• Promote cost‑efficient operations and identify savings
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and approve monthly financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
• Manage cash collection and billing processes
• Analyze complex financial issues and improve systems
• Recruit, develop and retain finance leadership team
• Report to executive board and provide strategic insights
• Maintain relationships with regional management and stakeholders
