The Nurse provides comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, including triage, medication administration, record keeping, and collaboration with physicians to deliver quality healthcare in Gambella Region refugee camps.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient triage and assess conditions
- Administer IVs and prescribed medications
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with physicians during rounds and assessments
- Plan and execute nursing care activities (bed making, positioning, feeding, hygiene)
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Communicate diagnostic results to patients and staff
