Lead the design, translation, and delivery of a three‑day Training of Trainers program focused on conflict‑sensitive communication and inclusive dialogue for youth leaders in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Develop a context‑specific ToT manual on conflict‑sensitive communication and inclusive dialogue facilitation
- Integrate non‑violent communication, trauma sensitivity, and inclusivity principles into training materials
- Translate the manual from English to Amharic with cultural accuracy
- Plan, organize, and facilitate a participatory three‑day ToT session for youth leaders, civic actors, and government representatives
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, agendas, concept notes, evaluation tools, and other facilitation materials
- Deliver the training using adult learning methods and gather participant feedback
- Compile and submit comprehensive event and final reports
