About the Role

The Woreda Program Supervisor oversees district-level implementation of education initiatives, guiding teachers, monitoring classroom delivery, and coordinating with schools and community stakeholders to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide teachers and monitor classroom delivery across 20 schools and 42 classes in assigned woreda
• Facilitate communication between schools, communities, and zonal coordinators
• Conduct regular supervision visits and collect data for reporting
• Coordinate resources and stakeholder engagement at the local level
• Organize activities to enhance educational practices
