Lead the technical design, implementation, monitoring and quality assurance of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Gender-Based Violence programs, ensuring integration of best practices, capacity building, evidence-based improvement and advocacy across Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for SRHR and GBV program design, implementation, monitoring and quality assurance
- Integrate GBV prevention and response across project components
- Mentor and build capacity of staff, partners and stakeholders
- Develop guidelines, tools and training materials aligned with national/international standards
- Coordinate with government, NGOs and community groups to strengthen service delivery
- Strengthen referral pathways and promote survivor-centered approaches
- Monitor performance, analyze data and use evidence for program improvement
- Document and disseminate lessons learned and best practices
- Support advocacy initiatives on SRHR, GBV prevention, gender equality and women's rights
- Contribute technical input to proposals, work plans, budgets, donor reports and resource mobilization efforts
