The Program Coordinator will manage and monitor education projects across two woredas, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder engagement, budget compliance, and timely reporting while driving continuous improvement of educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project implementation across two woredas within assigned zone
- Coordinate with education offices and stakeholders
- Support woreda staff and facilitators
- Maintain communication and documentation of outcomes
- Ensure budget compliance and timely reporting to the project manager
- Address challenges and propose solutions to improve educational outcomes
- Collaborate with local government, NGOs, and educational institutions
- Document program inputs, outputs, results, and impacts
- Report progress and recommend improvements
