Provide technical leadership to integrate gender equality, social inclusion, and safeguarding into the RAYEE II Program in Bonga Cluster, strengthening participation of vulnerable groups and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead GESI mainstreaming across program design and implementation
- Coordinate Rural Young Women empowerment strategy
- Serve as cluster safeguarding focal person
- Organize training and capacity-building for staff and partners
- Build stakeholder collaboration with government and NGOs
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on GESI and safeguarding indicators
