Responsible for accurate entry, verification, and management of shelter-related data, supporting field operations and generating basic analytical outputs.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from paper-based or electronic sources into databases, spreadsheets, or data management systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data
- Collect shelter-specific data including GPS coordinates
- Update and maintain databases to prevent missing or duplicate entries
- Support field teams with data collection using tablets or mobile tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox, ODK)
- Assist in printing, organizing, and distributing data collection tools
- Scan, photocopy, or digitize physical records as needed
- Generate basic reports, summaries, or charts from collected data
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Ensure timely submission of data to relevant teams or authorities
