About the Role

Responsible for accurate entry, verification, and management of shelter-related data, supporting field operations and generating basic analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from paper-based or electronic sources into databases, spreadsheets, or data management systems
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data
  • Collect shelter-specific data including GPS coordinates
  • Update and maintain databases to prevent missing or duplicate entries
  • Support field teams with data collection using tablets or mobile tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox, ODK)
  • Assist in printing, organizing, and distributing data collection tools
  • Scan, photocopy, or digitize physical records as needed
  • Generate basic reports, summaries, or charts from collected data
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Ensure timely submission of data to relevant teams or authorities
