Responsibilities
- Support regional TVET bureaus in implementing national TVET strategy
- Strengthen regional policy and governance
- Establish and maintain M&E systems aligned with national standards
- Track national policies and regional trends to build capacity for policy analysis
- Collaborate with private sector to assess HR needs and implement joint training initiatives
- Advise on developing regional TVET centers of excellence
- Promote gender equality and social inclusion in TVET policy
- Coordinate with GIZ and development partners for coherence and impact
