About the Role

The role supports regional TVET bureaus to implement the national TVET strategy, strengthening policy, governance, and private sector engagement while promoting gender equality and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

• Support regional TVET bureaus in implementing national TVET strategy
• Establish and maintain M&E systems aligned with national standards
• Track policies and trends to build regional capacity for policy analysis
• Collaborate with private sector on HR needs and training initiatives
• Advise on regional TVET centers of excellence and multi-stakeholder forums
• Promote gender equality and social inclusion in TVET
• Coordinate with GIZ and partners for coherence and impact
• Manage financing agreements, contracts, and subsidies
