About the Role

The Finance Manager will drive the organization’s financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities to support sustainable growth and strong governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy and budgeting processes
  • Produce regular financial reports and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate annual audits and external audit engagements
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and month‑end closing procedures
  • Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
  • Oversee inventory reconciliation and stock control
  • Supervise finance team and collaborate with operational units
