About the Role

The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives while handling general administrative duties at Derban Medtech PLC’s Kality office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
• Draft marketing service catalogue, brochures, email campaigns, and update the company website
• Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Track and report marketing metrics and provide feedback to management
• Engage target businesses through visits and follow-up calls
• Handle general office correspondence, draft emails, and organize filing systems
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars for senior staff, and taking meeting minutes
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies and marketing materials, manage vendor relationships and invoicing
• Provide logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, or client meetings
