Head – General Service Section

About the Role

The Head – General Service Section is responsible for overseeing vehicle fleet management, asset and inventory control, utility maintenance, contract administration, and employee performance within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in developing strategies, policies, and procedures for facility management
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control section activities to ensure effective implementation
• Oversee transport and vehicle management services, including registration, inspection, maintenance, and allocation
• Manage insurance requirements and coverage for company vehicles
• Ensure proper handling, registration, distribution, and inventory of store items and fixed assets
• Maintain electric, telephone, fax, internet communications, and other utilities
• Handle contract documentation with building owners and manage periodic updates
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and provide feedback
• Disseminate strategies, policies, procedures, plans, and annual targets to supervised employees
