The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee multi‑subsidiary consolidation, risk management, and treasury functions, and guide the group’s financial planning and reporting to support growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies aligned with group objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure management
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the board
- Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
- Lead internal and external audits and manage risk & treasury functions
- Build relationships with banks and investors
- Analyze commercial performance and recommend profitability improvements
- Support M&A activities and corporate finance initiatives
- Mentor and develop finance and accounting teams
- Oversee ERP implementation across the group
