The Shift Electrical Engineer leads the level-one electrical maintenance team during production shifts, handling troubleshooting, calibrations, safety protocols, and new machinery installation to maintain high equipment reliability in a large beverage manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage shift handover logs and work orders
- Lead technical troubleshooting and RCFA
- Monitor MCCR panels and motors
- Execute Lockout-Tagout isolation workflows
- Coordinate spare parts inventory
- Oversee calibration and machine modifications
- Ensure plant safety and quality control
