Oversee shift‑level electrical maintenance teams in a production setting, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient operation while providing technical guidance and training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and coach level‑one electrical maintenance teams during shifts
- Record all activities in log books before shift handover
- Check stock levels and order spare parts with the maintenance planner
- Maintain tools, equipment, and working areas
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and plan tasks by priority
- Support production team to minimize losses
- Assess technician performance
- Manage electrical activities including modifications and parameter registration
- Lead and train technicians on problem resolution
- Participate in installation of new machines
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on motors, panels, fans, and filters
- Handle work orders and tags
- Conduct calibration and modifications
- Interpret machine electrical drawings
- Apply fault‑finding techniques and RCFA
- Report non‑conformance to packaging engineer
- Monitor operational conditions and perform LOTO procedures
