Responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier payments, reconciling balances, handling foreign purchases, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with company policies and tax laws.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and ensure proper actions
- Verify completeness of goods receiving notes and invoices
- Apply company policies and procedures accurately
- Process supplier payments according to goods received, services rendered, and credit terms
- Manage foreign purchases and related payments
- Reconcile suppliers’ balances monthly and obtain confirmations
- Provide documentation to internal and external auditors
- Clear abnormal accounts
- Handle files within responsibility area
- Collaborate with team for superior results
- Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Manager
