This role manages the procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships for packaging inputs, ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, and quality compliance within Dashen Brewery’s Addis Ababa facility.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure packaging input materials and services
- Maintain inventory levels across sites
- Prepare material consumption standards and lead time data
- Collect and report daily material status
- Ensure timely ordering and supplier communication
- Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluation
- Manage contract terms and supplier performance records
- Optimize costs and quality of raw materials
- Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics
- Ensure compliance with FDA and company quality standards
