About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy, planning, reporting, treasury, and compliance functions to support sustainable growth and maximize shareholder value for Dashen Breweries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advise executive management
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee internal controls, audit processes and risk management
• Develop and maintain efficient finance systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
