About the Role

The Senior UI/UX Expert will lead the creation of intuitive digital interfaces for Dashen Bank’s web and mobile platforms, conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions while collaborating closely with development teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design of digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing
• Create and maintain user journey maps, personas, and design documentation
• Assist in wireframing and visual layout creation
• Provide actionable insights from research findings
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, vendors, and fintech partners
• Ensure brand consistency and UI standards are met
