The Senior Payment Card System Administrator develops and supports in‑house digital solutions for payment cards, ensuring system health, managing day‑to‑day operations, and delivering technical support to users.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure health of card-related systems (Base24-eps, CMM, PRM, Perso, Acquirer, Interchange, Issuer).
- Execute daily end‑of‑day operations for each network and configure terminals on card channel platforms.
- Provide system support to end users and diagnose/resolve issues or malfunctions.
