About the Role

The Senior Payment Card System Administrator develops and supports in‑house digital solutions for payment cards, ensuring system health, managing day‑to‑day operations, and delivering technical support to users.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure health of card-related systems (Base24-eps, CMM, PRM, Perso, Acquirer, Interchange, Issuer).
  • Execute daily end‑of‑day operations for each network and configure terminals on card channel platforms.
  • Provide system support to end users and diagnose/resolve issues or malfunctions.
