The Senior Payment Card System Administrator will develop and maintain Dashen Bank’s digital payment card solutions, ensuring system reliability, performing daily operational tasks, and providing technical support to users while translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support in-house digital payment card platforms
- Monitor system health for card-related systems (Base24-eps, CMM, PRM, Perso Systems, Acquirer, Interchange, Issuer)
- Execute daily end-of-day operations and configure terminals on card channels platforms
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues
