The Senior Digital Payment Devices Administrator oversees the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of Dashen Bank’s digital payment devices, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance while coordinating vendor and network services.
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, maintain and support digital payment devices such as ATMs and POS terminals
- Ensure device availability, reliability, security and optimal performance
- Handle incident and problem management, root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Maintain hardware and peripheral equipment and perform system recovery operations
- Coordinate with vendors and manage network connectivity for payment devices
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
