The Senior Digital Payment Devices Administrator oversees the administration, monitoring, maintenance and operational support of Dashen Bank’s digital payment devices, ensuring their reliability, security and optimal performance while managing incidents, vendor coordination and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor and maintain digital payment devices such as ATMs and POS terminals
- Ensure availability, reliability, security and optimal performance of these devices
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral equipment
- Manage incident and problem resolution with root cause analysis
- Coordinate vendor support and system enhancements
- Maintain network connectivity and communication services for payment devices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
