Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, maintain and support digital payment devices such as ATMs and POS terminals
- Ensure device availability, reliability, security and performance
- Manage network connectivity and communication services for devices
- Handle incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades
