About the Role

The role focuses on expanding and nurturing corporate banking relationships by selling IFB products, driving revenue growth, and providing tailored financial solutions to clients in the Hawassa District.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients within the assigned sector
  • Recommend and sell IFB Corporate Banking products and cross‑sell other bank services
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, pursue incremental business within existing client base
  • Manage customer expectations to sustain relationships and provide strategic business advice
