The Branch Business Relationship Manager oversees business development within the East Addis branch, driving retail and MSME banking growth through relationship management, sales strategy, and leadership of the branch team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control business development activities in the branch
• Attract, deepen and manage financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth goals
• Promote and sell additional bank products and services to existing customers
