About the Role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME is responsible for leading business development within West Addis Ababa district branches, driving deposit and loan growth in the Retail & MSME segment while promoting additional bank products and services.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead business development activities for assigned branches
Attract, deepen, and manage financial relationships to meet deposit and loan growth goals
Promote and sell additional bank products and services to existing customers
Drive retail & MSME market growth
