The Protection Team Leader will manage and guide the implementation of protection interventions in Debark, Ethiopia, ensuring compliance with national and international standards while coordinating staff, stakeholders, and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to ensure quality protection services
- Lead protection assessments and mapping
- Develop referral pathways and information hubs
- Deliver training on protection topics
- Manage and supervise protection staff
- Plan and oversee protection activities and reporting
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and MEAL teams
- Maintain donor and internal reports
- Engage stakeholders and represent DRC in coordination meetings
