Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GBV caseworkers and PCM staff
- Conduct weekly supervision sessions and bi-weekly team meetings
- Review and ensure quality of case files and documentation
- Develop capacity-building plans and deliver training
- Monitor data entry and reporting systems
- Support complex, high-risk cases
- Coordinate protection-related tasks as directed by management
