Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to GBV caseworkers and PCM staff
- Conduct weekly supervision sessions and bi-weekly team meetings
- Review case files for quality and confidentiality
- Assess capacities and develop action plans
- Develop monthly supervision plans
- Monitor data entry and reporting
- Deliver training on GBV principles and protection practices
- Offer direct support for complex cases
- Assist with administrative duties and reporting
