The role supervises GBV case management activities in Humera Field Office, ensuring quality service delivery, staff capacity building, and compliance with international guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GBV caseworkers and PCM staff
- Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions and bi‑weekly team meetings
- Review case files for quality, accuracy and confidentiality
- Develop capacity assessment plans and training schedules
- Monitor data entry into the DRC Case Management system
- Offer direct support on complex or high‑risk cases
- Ensure adherence to survivor‑centered principles and best practices
