About the Role

The role supervises GBV case management activities in Humera Field Office, ensuring quality service delivery, staff capacity building, and compliance with international guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GBV caseworkers and PCM staff
  • Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions and bi‑weekly team meetings
  • Review case files for quality, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Develop capacity assessment plans and training schedules
  • Monitor data entry into the DRC Case Management system
  • Offer direct support on complex or high‑risk cases
  • Ensure adherence to survivor‑centered principles and best practices
