About the Role

The Protection Assistant – PCM supports the Protection Case Management Officer by implementing protection case management activities, conducting risk assessments, developing case plans, coordinating referrals, and maintaining data systems to safeguard vulnerable beneficiaries in Sanja, Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Implement protection case management activities per international standards
Conduct intake interviews and risk assessments for vulnerable individuals
Develop tailored case plans and safety measures
Coordinate referrals to service providers
Maintain and update case management database
Participate in supervision, team meetings, training, and workshops
