The role involves implementing protection monitoring activities across IDP/refugee sites and host communities in Dabat, Ethiopia, focusing on field visits, data management, risk identification, and reporting to support humanitarian response.
Responsibilities
- Conduct protection monitoring visits in assigned areas
- Collect, encode and upload data using Kobo or Activity Info
- Identify individuals at risk and refer for specialized assistance
- Support individual protection assistance coordination
- Monitor beneficiaries’ access to services and effectiveness of referrals
- Collaborate with Community Based Protection Networks on awareness raising
- Maintain data collection in line with protection principles and SOPs
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
