About the Role

The role involves implementing protection monitoring activities in Debark, Ethiopia, collecting and analyzing data, identifying at-risk individuals, coordinating assistance, and supporting community awareness while ensuring compliance with protection standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct protection monitoring visits in assigned areas
  • Collect and encode data using Kobo or ActivityInfo
  • Identify individuals at risk and refer for assistance
  • Support coordination of Individual Protection Assistance
  • Monitor beneficiary access to services and referral effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Community Based Protection Networks (CBPNs) for awareness raising
  • Maintain relationships with CBPNs and stakeholders
  • Ensure data collection aligns with protection principles and SOPs
  • Participate in trainings on Protection Information Management
  • Document activities for verification and reporting
  • Assist in developing daily, weekly, monthly reports
