Provide GBV case management and related services to survivors in Sanja, Ethiopia, supporting DRC’s protection team through counseling, referrals, data management, training, monitoring, and community engagement under the Protection Officer’s guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to GBV survivors
- Conduct referrals to relevant services and ensure follow-up
- Offer counseling and emotional support sessions
- Manage case data in GBVIMS and maintain confidentiality
- Deliver basic GBV trainings to community structures
- Raise gaps in response services and protocols
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on GBV interventions
- Engage with the community to assess needs
- Carry out additional protection activities as assigned
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
