The role provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and communication support to the INGO Group Secretariat in Addis Ababa, ensuring efficient operations, timely payments, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office infrastructure, safety and maintenance
- Manage administrative team and ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars for senior staff
- Act as focal point for logistics, procurement and travel arrangements
- Maintain databases and liaise with IT for mailing lists
- Lead internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases
- Support working groups on HR, duty of care and humanitarian initiatives
