Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative support at the INGO Group Secretariat office
- Implement administrative policies and improve operational efficiency
- Manage facilities, safety, and maintenance of office infrastructure
- Coordinate payments, meetings, and calendar management for senior staff
- Act as focal point for logistics, procurement, and supply chain matters
- Maintain databases and liaise with IT for mailing lists and groups
- Lead internal and external communications including newsletters and press releases
