About the Role

The role supports the HR team by managing personnel records, coordinating recruitment processes, handling insurance and pension registrations, organizing orientations, and performing other administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure personnel files are complete and confidential
  • Coordinate written exams and interviews for positions
  • Handle staff insurance matters
  • Organize orientations
  • Register staff in government pension scheme
  • Issue staff IDs
  • Assist with HR activities as directed
