The Economic Recovery Project Manager will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of economic recovery initiatives across Aba’ala, Mekelle, and Sheraro, supervising staff, managing budgets, developing proposals, and coordinating with stakeholders during a maternity cover period.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of economic recovery projects across Aba’ala, Mekelle, and Sheraro
- Supervise and manage project staff, providing training and mentorship
- Manage project cycle activities and budget monitoring
- Develop proposals, concept notes, and logical frameworks
- Coordinate with MEAL focal points for monitoring and evaluation
- Report to the Area Manager on progress and challenges
- Liaise with partners, INGOs, government bodies, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with DRC policies and humanitarian standards
