The Community Development Facilitator supports the implementation of DCA’s Fresh Food e-Voucher program in Gambella, engaging beneficiaries, managing voucher operations, conducting community outreach, and collecting data to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, register and verify beneficiaries for e-FFV programs
- Orient beneficiaries on voucher usage and financial literacy
- Conduct smart card distributions and monitor transactions
- Facilitate GBV awareness sessions and confidential referrals
- Support data collection for monitoring and feedback mechanisms
- Document and report community-based activities with IT/MEAL teams
