The MEAL Coordinator will develop and manage effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems for DCA’s programs in Gambella, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across humanitarian projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and improvement of MEAL systems and tools
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for projects
- Facilitate assessments, surveys, evaluations, and monitoring visits
- Provide technical guidance to project staff on MEAL processes
- Strengthen staff capacity through coaching and training
- Represent the organization in MEAL coordination forums
- Maintain compliance with humanitarian standards (CHS, Sphere)
